A cartoon pirate captain in a blue coat and tricorn hat reacts with exaggerated expressions and movements, first pointing and shouting, then looking through a telescope, then shouting again with stars around his head, then punching the air, and finally being struck by another character. The scene takes place outdoors under a blue sky with white clouds.
