A typical work rotation

A man in a cap and work jacket stands in front of orange Kamaz trucks, speaking to the camera with subtle facial expressions and hand gestures. The scene cuts to a group of construction workers in hard hats gathered around a table outdoors, drinking from bottles and raising their glasses in a toast, with one man standing on a piece of machinery.
