Whose babe is she?

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a black lace dress, begins by looking at the camera and speaking, then smiles and tilts her head. The scene cuts to a wider shot where she stands under a covered outdoor area, posing with her hands on her hips and then turning to the side, showcasing her dress. The background includes palm trees and a building with a sign.
