Song about truth

Soldiers in helmets move forward in a dark, grainy scene. A person falls from a great height against a bright sky. Two individuals run through a snowy, overgrown area with apartment buildings in the background. A figure with a flaming object descends through the sky. A silhouetted character stands before a glowing, circular portal filled with stars. The screen turns white.
