A man in a white shirt stands in front of a mirror, looking at his reflection as his right hand slowly forms a circle with his thumb and index finger, while another hand enters the frame from the right to mimic the gesture. The scene is set in a dimly lit room with a mirror reflecting the man's face and upper body.
