An elderly woman wearing a white beanie and glasses sits on a bus, looking upward with a calm expression. A person off-screen, wearing red gloves, repeatedly reaches into the frame to gently pinch or squeeze her cheek, causing her to react with a slight smile and a shift in her gaze, before the interaction stops and she returns to her original pose. The setting is the interior of a public bus with yellow handrails and other passengers visible in the background.
