Two people stand on a city street at night, one in a blue puffer jacket facing away from the camera, the other in a tan coat facing them and gesturing with their hands while speaking. The person in the tan coat moves their hands and mouth throughout the loop, appearing to talk, while the person in the blue jacket remains mostly still. The background features a dark sky with scattered lights and a lit sign.
