It's gonna be cool

A flag with a white, blue, and red horizontal tricolor and a central emblem of a golden double-headed eagle on a red field waves in the wind against a white sky. A group of sailors in blue uniforms with white hats and gloves march in formation, carrying rifles, while a close-up shows a musician in a red and black uniform playing a brass trombone. The sequence alternates between the flag waving and the marching sailors and the trombonist.
