A red-haired anime girl with green eyes holds a cup, her expression shifting from surprise to a dazed, slumped posture as she leans against a wall in a restaurant, while a blue-haired character sits beside her at a table. The scene loops, showing her transition from alert to exhausted, with Russian text appearing at the bottom of the screen.
