Amusement ride

Two light-brown dogs are suspended upside down from a rope tied to a wooden beam, their legs flailing as they hang in the air. A third dog on the ground repeatedly jumps up toward them, attempting to reach the hanging dogs, while a fourth dog stands nearby observing the scene. The setting is a dimly lit outdoor area at night, with a yellow barrel, a wooden plank, and a concrete block visible on the ground.
