A multi-lane highway at night shows cars driving under streetlights, with a text overlay in Russian about avoiding questions on VPN usage. The scene cuts to a man in a white shirt and glasses speaking directly to the camera, followed by a shot of a person in a dark coat opening a door, and ends with a hand waving a small Dutch flag.
