A young man in a white long-sleeved shirt and light-colored pants stands in a bedroom, making small movements with his hands and body. The scene cuts to a muscular man in a sleeveless top, first seen from behind in a dimly lit room, then turning to face the camera in a well-lit setting with a "American Ninja Warrior" logo visible, before cutting back to the first man in the bedroom.
