Me and the chase 2

A dark sedan drives forward at high speed through a city street at night, with the speedometer in the upper right corner showing increasing speeds from 100 to 200. The car moves along a multi-lane road flanked by tall, illuminated buildings, with the camera maintaining a fixed third-person view from behind the vehicle.
