A woman with long blonde hair, wearing a green jacket, screams with her hands raised in a hallway, then clutches her face in pain as blood appears on her hand, while a man in a dark shirt falls backward through a doorway in the background. The scene takes place in a dimly lit institutional hallway with an American flag and bloodstains on the walls.
