Master Mari?

A blonde anime girl with large eyes appears in a blurry, motion-filled sequence, followed by a close-up of a mechanical gear system with a needle-like tool inserting into a central gear, then a view of a white, panda-like robot head surrounded by gears, a rapid blur of the girl's face, a close-up of eyes with glowing blue circuit patterns cracking, and finally a white-gloved hand holding a syringe amidst a background of gears. The setting is a blend of a human-like character and a complex mechanical environment.
