A man with long white hair, dressed in a red and gold military-style uniform, holds the camera in a selfie position and speaks directly into it, his mouth moving and facial expression shifting slightly throughout the loop. The background shows a manicured green lawn and the white facade of a large building with columns, resembling the White House.
