Sweet hand gesture dance

A woman in a white and navy sailor-style dress and white knee-high socks performs a dance routine against a plain wall, moving her arms and body in a rhythmic sequence. She begins with her arms crossed, then extends them outward, forms peace signs with her hands, and returns to the crossed-arm pose, repeating the sequence.
