An anime girl with dark hair and blue eyes looks down, then looks up with a surprised expression, her mouth opening in a gasp, before her expression shifts to a more neutral, slightly concerned look. The scene is a close-up on her face, with a brief, blurry transition to a different scene where she appears to be on a phone call.
