A woman with long brown hair, wearing a dark polka-dot shirt, sits at a table in a kitchen and repeatedly shoves large, messy bites of white-frosted cake into her mouth with her hands, her face covered in frosting. The scene is a looping image of her aggressively eating the cake, which has a rainbow-colored decoration on top, while Russian text is overlaid at the bottom.
