Boring, Stagnation

a sequence of still images and short clips contrasting a quiet, uneventful 1996 apartment building with scenes of war and destruction in 2022, including a missile trail, an industrial complex under attack, and a gas station with a digital display showing a countdown. The images are overlaid with Russian text describing the shift from peace to conflict, with the final frame showing a gas pump display reading 71:09.
