A man in a white shirt and yellow shorts stands on a red and grey inflatable mat as a woman in a yellow shirt tosses a yellow frisbee into the air; he then runs forward, performs a forward roll, and lands on his hands and feet. The scene takes place in a gym with white walls and various exercise equipment in the background.
