new life

A man in a suit and red tie stands at a podium with a Russian coat of arms, speaking emphatically and gesturing with his hands. Behind him, two other men sit at a table, and a Russian flag is visible. Text overlays in Russian appear sequentially on the screen, forming a sentence about not speaking negatively and the consequences of doing so. The scene is set in a formal government or parliamentary chamber.
