A woman with short blonde hair and glasses, identified as Olga Sveiblova, director of the Multimedia Art Museum, speaks during an interview, gesturing with her right hand while touching her face. The scene is set against a dark background with warm, out-of-focus lights, and a lower third graphic displays her name and title.
