Who?

A man in a blue jacket stands in a snowy park, holding up a flyer that reads "TOTAL" and "PARTY," while smiling and speaking to the camera; behind him, a group of people, including a woman in a green coat and a man in a dark jacket, stand together, with the woman laughing and the man smiling, as the man in the blue jacket moves the flyer slightly and the camera shakes.
