Turn up fella

A young man in a dark hoodie sits at a desk in a dimly lit room, repeatedly raising his right hand in a rhythmic, upward motion while smiling and looking toward the left. Another person in a plaid shirt is partially visible in the foreground, and a third person is visible in the background. The scene appears to be a casual indoor setting, possibly a classroom or office, with a computer monitor and a plant visible behind the main subject.
