Speed Madness

A person rides a bicycle down a large, snow-covered ramp in a residential area, launching into the air and landing on a lower ramp structure, while others watch from the top of the ramp and nearby. The scene takes place outdoors in winter, with snow covering the ground and a multi-story apartment building in the background.
