Shredder the rascal

On a large screen, two green anthropomorphic turtles, one wearing a red bandana and the other an orange bandana, stand over a person in a yellow outfit lying on the ground; the turtle with the orange bandana bends down and touches the person's head while the other stands guard, and in the foreground, a character with a white hat and purple clothing sits in a chair, watching the scene unfold on the screen.
