Give him a round of applause

A man in a brown hat and coat stands with his back to the viewer, turning his head to face a group of four men in a dimly lit room with a wooden ceiling. He raises his right hand, holding a small object, and gestures with it while speaking, causing the man in the yellow hat to react by crossing his arms and then raising his hands in a defensive or surprised manner.
