“Sar Romance”

Three cartoon characters are inside a car; the driver, a red character, and the passenger, a brown character, both have wide, excited expressions. The passenger leans out the window, then the scene cuts to them playing brass instruments with a small mouse on the dashboard, before returning to the original scene with the passenger now looking distressed.
