Gloomy blizzard

A man in a blue shirt and dark pants dances energetically on a city street, moving his arms and legs in rhythmic motions while a blue car and other vehicles are parked nearby. As he dances, a woman with a pink bag walks past him from left to right, followed by another man walking in the opposite direction.
