Ah, tail and scales

Two men stand facing each other on a dirt path, performing synchronized hand and arm movements in a rhythmic, dance-like sequence. The man on the left, wearing a grey t-shirt and patterned pants, and the man on the right, in a dark jacket and carrying a backpack, repeatedly bring their hands together in front of their bodies, then extend them outward in a coordinated motion, with the man on the right occasionally bowing his head. The scene takes place outdoors in a sunlit, unpaved area with trees and a building in the background.
