A man in a puffer jacket and red boots stands beside a white van loaded with kayaks, then turns and walks toward the camera, raising his arms in a celebratory gesture before the scene cuts. The van, which has "KievKayaks.com" on the side, is parked in front of a red building with a sign reading "GOD TUR Kajakkbuo 2.0."
