Family Guy

A man in a white shirt and green pants stands in a bathroom, initially sitting on a toilet, then standing and pulling down his pants, revealing his underwear, before turning to face the camera with a wide, open-mouthed expression and a smug smile. The scene takes place in a bathroom with purple walls, a toilet, a bathtub, and a door.
