take a toke

Four people are seated around a curved table in a radio studio, each with a microphone, engaged in conversation; the man in the center, wearing a colorful hat, gestures with his hands while speaking, and the others listen and respond, all set against a backdrop with circular logos for "Комсомольская правда" and "97.2 FM Москва." The scene then cuts to a close-up of a large, animated bear mascot with a blue scarf, its mouth open as if speaking, standing before a large, flaming torch.
