Ode to the president

A man in a dark coat stands on a concrete structure in a barren, mountainous landscape, looking through binoculars, then lowers them and turns his head, while a woman in a military-style uniform stands beside him; the scene repeats. A woman in a white and red dress stands in a field, initially with open arms, then her expression changes to a grimace as she sings, with trees in the background. A man in a black jacket dances in front of a line of people in colorful traditional clothing, moving his arms and body rhythmically.
