On the goats…

A man in a black shirt and shorts runs alongside a scooter, pushing it forward with his hands on the handlebars, while another man rides the scooter and steers it down a paved road. The scene repeats in a loop, showing the man running to propel the scooter forward, then the scooter moving ahead with the rider, before the sequence restarts. The setting is an outdoor paved path bordered by grass, a blue fence, and a chain-link fence under a bright sky.
