Bench press 130

A man lies on a bench press, lifting a barbell with large yellow and green weight plates, while another man stands behind him as a spotter, watching closely and ready to assist. The scene takes place in a gym with colorful graffiti on the walls, and the man on the bench repeatedly lowers and presses the barbell in a continuous lifting motion.
