A man rides a small bicycle along a grassy area beside a concrete wall, loses his balance, and falls off the bike onto the grass. He stands up, gestures with his arms in frustration, and then walks back to retrieve the fallen bicycle. The scene takes place in a residential parking lot next to a multi-story apartment building.
