A young man in a red shirt makes a series of exaggerated facial expressions, starting with a slight smile, then opening his mouth wide in a surprised or shouting expression, followed by a quick, blurred motion of his head and hand, and ending with him still making the wide-mouthed expression. The scene takes place indoors against a plain, dark green wall.
