In a nighttime city street with bright billboards and traffic, a group of people in elaborate costumes, including characters resembling Mortal Kombat fighters, surround a man in a suit. The costumed individuals perform a synchronized, rhythmic dance move, raising their arms and shifting their bodies in unison while the man in the suit stands in the center, occasionally moving his arms in response.
