A group of young adults gathers around a man with a shaved head, who is initially making a grimacing expression while holding a small cake. The group then playfully pushes the man's face into the cake, smearing it across his face, before pulling him back and revealing the smeared cake on his face. The scene takes place indoors in a room with white walls.
