“Martian”

A person's eye fills the frame, then the camera pulls back to reveal their face as they make a series of exaggerated facial expressions, including wide eyes and a protruding tongue, against a tiled wall background. The sequence loops, alternating between the close-up of the eye and the full-face expressions.
