A red, cartoon devil character holds a trident and a large blue balloon, floating upward against a dark green background with red stars. As the balloon rises, the character's expression changes from a smile to a wide-eyed, open-mouthed look of surprise, while the text "ПУЛЬСАР!" appears at the bottom of the screen.
