Shovel

A man in a white coat and hat uses a large wooden mallet to break and flatten pieces of flatbread on a massive, round, black griddle, while a crowd of onlookers, many holding phones, watches and films the event behind a metal barrier. The man repeatedly swings the mallet, then turns and walks away from the griddle as the crowd and media continue to observe.
