Battle dance

A group of soldiers in winter uniforms stand in a tight circle with their arms interlocked, forming a human chain in a city square at night, while a man in a coat stands in the center addressing them; the soldiers slowly shift their weight and adjust their stance in a continuous loop. The scene is set in an urban environment with a large, illuminated building and a flag visible in the background.
