With the handbrake on

A person in a blue jacket skates toward the camera on an indoor ice rink, then performs a sharp turn that kicks up a large spray of ice shavings, before skating past the camera's low angle view. The scene takes place inside a large, well-lit indoor ice skating facility with other skaters visible in the background.
