Sis is on fire

A young child in a white long-sleeved shirt and blue pants is on a blue surface, likely a bed, with a wooden headboard and a light blue balloon in the background. The child repeatedly bends forward from a kneeling position, lowering their head toward the surface, then lifts back up, creating a rhythmic, hunched motion.
