A person in a hooded jacket and backpack stands in a puddle on a wet, illuminated street at night, repeatedly raising their arms and swinging them down in a rhythmic motion. The scene is set on a dark, rain-slicked pavement under warm artificial light, with the person's movements creating a looping, almost dance-like sequence.
