Barbell

A group of shirtless men train in a large, industrial-style hall, with one man in the foreground repeatedly swinging a long staff in a martial arts routine. The scene progresses from a close-up of a man with a mustache to a wider view showing the entire group performing synchronized movements, including staff work and hand-to-hand combat, in a gym-like setting with high ceilings and large windows.
