riza and the horsie

A dark horse pulls a wooden cart along a rural road, moving from left to right across the frame, while a person in dark clothing stands beside it; a white police car with a flashing light on its roof drives past in the opposite direction, moving from right to left. The scene takes place outdoors in a rural setting during daylight, with bare trees and power lines visible in the background.
